Job Brief: We are looking for a Client Care Coordinator in our Brevard office. He or she will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
The tasks of the Client Care Coordinator will include bookkeeping and general over-site of the office. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.
The client care coordinator ensures the smooth running of our company and contributes in driving sustainable growth. The position is full time. Pay will be according to the market and proficiency/experience of the applicant. 1 week paid vacation per year after first 12 months of employment. A predetermined amount of sick leave will be acceptable. Drama will not interfere with the job unless classified as an emergency. The ideal applicant very rarely has personal emergencies. Applicant must have reliable transportation. The selected applicant will have the first review at 30 days, then a review every quarter. The topic of salary will be discussed annually. A cell phone allowance may be considered. Office hours will be Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 with a 30-minute lunch break.
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years office admin experience, great knowledge of English, grammar, spelling, and punctuation. The ability to type accurately and proficiently and to operate standard office equipment/software and maintain filing systems. A suitable applicant will also be able to work independently and follow written and oral instruction.
