The owners of BluAxis Realty ®, Jason and Lori Jacques, would like to announce the official grand opening and Ribbon Cutting of their new Hendersonville location on Thursday, May 6th 2021 4-6pm.
The couple founded the firm in Brevard in January 2007 as a well-known real estate franchise and later opened a second location in Hendersonville in 2014. They soon realized their spirit and culture were much more independent than any Franchise would allow. “We were a square peg in a round hole”. Therefore we dropped the franchise and changed our name to BluAxis Realty ® in April 2019 with the help of Tungsten Branding, a world leader in the naming and brand development space.
BluAxis Realty® is known for world-class customer service, amazing video marketing, and 3d Tours. In fact, we were likely the first Real Estate Firm on the East Coast to have an in-house video production company dating back to 2011. “We are so heavily invested in hand-crafted beautiful marketing that we have enough equipment to run a small news station and full-time employees to make our client’s homes and our agents look amazing!” Jason says.
The new office is located in the freshly renovated historic East Allen Building. Built in the 1920’s as a Ford Dealership and later it housed Chipman-LaCrosse Hosiery Mills and the Robotyper Corporation before it was purchased for Henderson County Schools’ administrative offices in the late 1960s. Henderson County took over the property to house the land planning department in the 1990s.
Jason says “I love this building and our street-level space so much. The 15’ ceilings, exposed brick, and tons of light from the huge windows is really inviting. My absolute favorite thing is the 100-year-old terrazzo floor that we discovered under several layers of flooring when we were remodeling our space. We did our best but we left plenty of signs that they are in fact 100-year-old original floors.”
The agents are super excited to host the Ribbon cutting and visit with their past clients, and the business and Real Estate community.
