We have implemented many systems to make sure you are on the cutting edge without you needing to personally be an expert in those areas. We offer in-house photography, videography, social media and digital marketing for our agents. We make sure our agents and their listings stand above the crowd! WE DO IT FOR YOU!
Our Role
At Exit Mountain Realty, our entire focus is on assisting agents with building successful, rewarding careers. We believe our approach makes us very different. Every decision made by our leadership must always answer “yes” to one question. That question is: Is this going to help our agents be more productive, profitable and do a better job for their clients? We know that if the answer is yes, it will always be a good decision for the company. While most Firms focus on “commission splits” we focus on your “income”. While offering splits that are highest in the industry we remind you that “100% of nothing, is nothing” and we believe building your business and income are far more important than a percentage. Our owner calls the shots. You won’t be dealing with a manager that has no decision-making authority. Our managers NEVER compete with our agents however they do actively work their sphere of influence. While it sounds great to tout a “non-competing” broker, the landscape is rapidly changing and our managers are on the leading edge. That’s not possible with a manager playing on a putting green in her office. Our leader goes to battle with you!
New Agent Training and coaching
Most larger firms have a new agent trainer. They are paid by the hour or salary to lead scheduled group training. They do their time, and your success (or failure) has no bearing on their pay structure. We do this a little differently. You will be assigned a personal trainer that will schedule training at your schedule and pace. You will not be slowed down by the 1 person in the class that needs to learn how to copy and paste or severely lacks in computer skills. You will meet 1 on 1 and the mentorship program will last your entire career. When you need help on the first or second deal, the mentor will be there. When you need help on that very challenging transaction 8 years from now, the mentor will be there right by your side. The major difference will be that the mentor is compensated by the company, only when you have a closing. He/she will have a vested interest in your continued success. His payment does not come out of your commission, he will be paid from the company portion.
Training and coaching
Our founder is a Certified Mentor of the Brian Buffini Peak Producers program. Our agents have quarterly coaching sessions and the Peak Producers program once a year. The stats for the 12-week program are 12 transactions and $99,695 in gross commissions.
Lead Generation
While one of the most costly activities an agent can invest in, it’s the lifeblood of our business. We will teach you how to do this. Our agents can and do generate leads for themselves but our company is one of the largest lead generators in all of Western NC! We have multiple lead generation platforms and our agents enjoyed their share of 4,652 company generated leads in 2016! This is more leads per agent than any other Firm in Western NC.
